NDRCC (http://www.ndcc.gov.ph/) Hacked!
Hackers attacked a major Philippine government website before dawn Sunday, defacing the site of the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council.
Visitors to the NDRRMC website were greeted with a black background and what appeared to be a map of the Persian Gulf.
"P E R S I A N G U L F 4 EVER," the message read. The window or tab's title was also altered to read "Hacked by Cocain TeaM."
Several lines under the message contained names while a line of text hinted at a need "For More Security."
There was no initial sign the attacker was Philippine-based, or allied with AntiSec, the hacktivist group that vowed to attack government and corporate sites.
The defaced site was still online as of 6 a.m. Sunday.
It was the first attack on a major Philippine government website since late July, when hacker group PrivateX attacked the websites of the Office of the Vice President (OVP) and the Philippine Nuclear Research Institute (PNRI).
PrivateX had claimed responsibility for the attacks on the OVP and PNRI. In the PNRI attack, it even claimed support for President Benigno Aquino III and his State of the Nation Address at the time.

Among the celebrities you've worked on, which ones are the most memorable?
Miley is the most memorable, of course, because she's at the peak of her career. She's probably the biggest celebrity that I've tattooed. Jamir, my brother, is the living proof of the development of my career. You can see the progression of my work all the way back from the time I was just starting out (about 16 years ago).
How about the non-celebrities?
I had a client who was around 60 or 70 years old. She got a tattoo of a unicorn on her right there (points to private part) and right below the unicorn was the word "horny." I was scared to ask why she wanted that tattoo. There's also a guy, around 20 years old, who asked for a potato tattoo. Just a potato with konting lupa-lupa (bits of soil). Here's the story behind it: Before his mom went insane, she read to him every night. That's his fondest memory of her. In the book that she read to him, the main character got a tattoo of a potato.
Who is your dream client?
Manny Pacquiao. I've met him a few times but I haven't tattooed him yet because every time we meet, he's training for a fight. But I have done a lot of work on some members of Team Pacquiao. Manny is actually the one who paid for their tattoos. Every time I go to them in Los Angeles--I think it has been three times--I stay at the infamous Team Pacquiao apartment, the one that's always featured on HBO.
Have you ever refused to tattoo anyone?
Yeah, if it's a racist design or anything that's anti-religion.
Describe your longest tattoo session.
When I did Jamir's back tattoo, one of our sessions lasted for almost 11 hours. He was awake the entire time, just listening to music.
What kind of equipment do you use?
I use the Swashdrive machine, which is more lightweight and smaller than what most tattoo artists use. I use the standard inks and needles, which other artists use as well.
What should people know before they come to you?
Ideally, they should already know what they want even if they don't have an image because I can come up with that or we can look up stuff online. It's good but not necessary that they are familiar with my style.
He is the brother of Jamir Garcia, vocalist of the band Slapshock. Here they are at the dubai rock concert along with some big name bands.

Azkals Who? These Are The True World Champions!
The Philippine Dragon Boat team has bagged its third gold medal in the ongoing International Dragon Boat Federation 10th World Championships in Tampa Bay, Florida, US.
The Filipino paddlers led the 200-meter mixed event small boat division, besting teams from Italy, Trinidad and Tobago, and Japan.
This win was on top of the two gold medals they recently got for leading the competition’s premier 200-meter mixed event and in the 1000-meter men's event.
Meanwhile, the Philippine team fell behind Russia during the premier 200-meter men's division event, giving them their first silver medal.
The Philippine Dragon Boat team, also known as the “Dragon Warriors”, is a composite team of athletes from the Philippine Army, Air Force, Navy and Coast Guard.
Currently, the Dragon Warriors are the competition’s defending world champion.

Why is this prohibited when it has many uses?
Check this out! Why the hell is this plant prohibited when it has a lot of uses? And why is tobacco and liquors are legal when they only cause illness and death?
The reason behind it is because these pharmacies won't get much profit from the herb as it is totally safe on all aspects.

How's everyone? We've been down for a couple of days, we're sorry about that. The blogger on this site are all alive and definitely kicking! Planking -- also known as the Lying Down Game -- is the seemingly harmless trend of lying face down, perfectly stiff, on various structures in public. It seems the game originated in 1997, and it became known as "planking" in Australia. Although a seemingly harmless activity, planking gained further attention recently after a Australian man was killed after trying to plank off his roof. He fell seven stories to his death. "There's a difference between a harmless bit of fun done somewhere that's really safe and taking a risk with your life,'' Julia Gillard apparently told reporters according to The Australian.
