Proceeds of images, videos and the website itself will be used in fabricating customized bike racks. We initially plan to make 100 of these, so we can donate it to places where every biker needs it.

Call Center Disgrace

That particular video has been removed by the person who uploaded the video as he promised. A copy of that same video has been posted on YouTube earlier but was just removed a couple of minutes ago...
Here's another video link of the same person. He received a call from an English-speaking customer. He verified in English but later on, may be he didn't understand what the concern of the customer was so he spoke in Spanish. He then released the call when the customer on the line said that he does not speak Spanish - CALL AVOIDANCE.
